Case communications: messages, notes, and updates exchanged within the Platform in connection with your cases.

Usage data: technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and patterns of interaction with the Platform.

We use your information for the following purposes:

Service delivery: to process your requests, assign Partners, execute verification and coordination services, and deliver reports and documentation.

Anti-fraud verification: to verify each case against our anti-fraud database and protect our clients from potential real estate scams.

Communication: to send updates about your cases, respond to inquiries, and provide relevant information about our services.

Platform improvement: to analyze usage patterns, improve user experience, optimize processes, and develop new features.

Legal compliance: to comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requirements, and protect our rights and legitimate interests.

We share your information only in the following contexts:

With assigned Partners: we share only the information necessary for the Partner to execute the assigned service (property location, relevant documents, scope of service). Partners are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality.

With government entities: when necessary for service execution, such as inquiries to the Title Registry, National Cadastre, or courts. This sharing is strictly limited to what is necessary for the service.

We never sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data for third-party marketing purposes.

We collect and maintain data related to real estate fraud to protect our clients. This database includes information about individuals, companies, properties, and documents associated with confirmed or suspected fraudulent activities.

The information in the anti-fraud database is strictly confidential and for exclusive internal use. It is never published, not shared externally, and is only accessible by our internal team and verified Partners in the specific context of their assigned cases.

Alerts generated by matches with the database are reviewed by our quality team before any action is taken.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

Encryption in transit and at rest: all data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS and stored encrypted on our servers.

Secure authentication: we use OTP (one-time password) authentication to verify user identity, eliminating the need for passwords that can be compromised.

Role-based access control: only authorized personnel can access information, and each access level is restricted according to the user's role (client, Partner, administrator, QA).

Audit logs: we maintain detailed logs of all actions performed on the Platform to detect and respond to any unusual activity.

Case data: we retain case-related information for a period of five (5) years after case completion. This is necessary for legal purposes, service continuity, and the integrity of our anti-fraud database.

Account data: we maintain your account data while it remains active. If you request account deletion, we will process the request subject to legal retention obligations.

Usage and analytics data: retained in aggregated and anonymized form indefinitely to improve the Platform.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Correction: you may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Deletion: you may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations (such as case data that must be maintained for the legally established period).

Portability: you may request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format.

We use essential cookies for the operation of the Platform:

Session cookies: necessary to maintain your active authentication session while browsing the Platform. These cookies are deleted when you close the browser or when your session expires.

Analytics cookies: if implemented, we use analytics cookies to understand how the Platform is used and improve the user experience. These cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside the Dominican Republic, specifically:

United States: through Vercel (frontend application hosting) and other infrastructure providers.

Supabase infrastructure: our backend data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, which may include servers in multiple regions.

We ensure that all infrastructure providers comply with adequate security and data protection standards.

The Platform is not intended for persons under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors.

If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, we will take the necessary steps to delete such information as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email.

The updated version will always be available on the Platform with the last updated date clearly visible.
